>1,500 micron dry blend formulated for planktivorous marine fishes, Actinarians, MPS corals, and LPS corals. Yields noticeably improved cohort robustness, feeding response, rate of tissue synthesis, and richness of color. Composed of: marine plankton featuring rich fatty acid, amino acid, and biopigment profiles; specific immunostimulants; protein biosynthesis stimulants; and biological pigment precursors. Low PO4 per unit mass enables greater feeding frequency. Free of fillers, preservatives, and food colors.

This formulation provides twenty-one essential amino acids; eleven major, minor, and trace elements; Omega 3 and -6 HUFAs (20.9 mg/g and 8.4 mg/g, respectively); fourteen vitamins; six carotenoid pigments; and chlorophyll.
Application
Integr8 Planktivore is a large-particulate (average size ≥1500 microns) nutrient source, readily consumed by planktivorous marine fishes and invertebrates (it is particularly suited to application in systems raising cohorts which include actinarians and/or medium- and large-polyp stony coral species).
The formulation consists of: marine plankton featuring rich fatty acid, amino acid, and biopigment profiles; specific immunostimulants; protein biosynthesis stimulants; and biological pigment precursors. These components operate in synergy to yield improved cohort robustness, feeding response, rate of tissue synthesis, and richness of color when applied on a consistent basis.
All components are USA-sourced. The low phosphate content per unit mass of this formulation enables greater feeding frequency with lower nutrient impact than is possible when using non-Captiv8 Aquaculture feeds. Furthermore, Integr8 Planktivore (and all other Integr8 formulations) is preservative-free, and does not incorporate: preservatives; pH-modifying components; food colors (artificial or otherwise); animal byproducts; brewer’s yeast or the like; grains and/or other terrestrial crop components; Artemia cysts; or oils.
A strong feeding response and immediate acceptance of this formulation has been observed within the following families of reef-associated fishes:
Acanthuridae
Apogonidae
Blennidae
Cirrhitidae
Chaetodontidae
Gobiidae
Grammatidae
Holocentridae
Labridae
Malacanthidae
Microdesmidae
Opistognathidae
Pomacanthidae
Pomacentridae
Pseudochromidae
Serranidae
Siganidae
Zanclidae
Observers have noted superior feeding response and overall improvement in polyp extension in actinarians and large-polyp stony corals, as well as noticeably intensified coloration and improved tissue growth rate when applying this formulation (to the exclusion of all others) on a routine basis to satisfy cohort feeding requirements.
Keep out of reach of children and unauthorized persons. Store in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.
Unmixed product does not require refrigeration. Store tightly-sealed, in cool, dry location. Do not permit contamination of container with moisture or foreign material.
Preparation
Recommended preparation: Hydrate with water prior to introducing into system, as dry product will be captured by surface skimming devices, potentially resulting in needless waste. Mix desired amount of Integr8 Planktivore to be applied with tough system water to hydrate components (the exact ratio of product to water is not important), allow 40 - 60 s for hydration to occur, then dispense into system as desired. Discard desiccant packet enclosed in container of Integr8 Planktivore when contents of container are completely used.
Alternative preparation: Dispense dry Integr8 Planktivore into the intake of a recirculation pump for broadcast application.
Target application: Dispense hydrated product directly up current from target specimen(s) with plastic syringe or bulb pipette.
Frequency of application: Use as necessary to satisfy requirements of system inhabitants. Frequent application of small amounts yields superior results to that of lower-frequency, higher amounts. Modify amount and/or frequency of application as system inhabitants and aqueous nutrient density dictates.
