Refund policy
RETURNS
All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number. Please call Aqua and Beyond to receive an RGA number prior to returning the product. A 20% restocking fee will apply, with no exceptions. All returns must be returned to us (or the manufacturer) freight prepaid. All products must be in original boxes and in new and unused condition. Products returned with price tags, mailing labels, or other material on original packaging will incur a 25% charge. Credit will be issued against future purchases only. Perishable, dated, or special orders are not returnable.
