Terms of service
All warranty returns must have a Return Goods Authorization number before returning the product. Please call the office to receive the RGA number before returning the merchandise. Returns must accompany a copy of the original cash receipt of sale and an explanation of the problem. All returns must be returned to us, the manufacturer's freight prepaid, or on our trucks with your next delivery. Items returned that are under warranty will be tested and either repaired, replaced, or credited to your account according to the manufacturer's policy.
